Allison Pregler Bio
Allison Pregler is a reviewer who reviews Z-grade films typically that are in the genre of martial arts and horror. genre, which is roughly comparable to The Cinema Snob but tending toward action films that are dumb and boring, as well as an obsession with these films. She began reviewing movies at the end of 2009 when she became well-known on their forums. (Under the name of her previous handle Obscurus Lupa), she was invited to join the Channel Awesome team. She was on the website from 2009 until the year 2015 at which point Obscurus Lupa Presents turned into Movie Nights. She hosts two podcasts on the channel, both of which are based on the Charmed series and are co-hosted by Phelous. After a controversial departure from Channel Awesome Allison officially announced on January 20th 2015 that she'd be revamping OLP into an impromptu review show called Movie Nights with an appropriately-shlocky elevator jazz theme. She started reviewing films in the latter half of 2009, and was soon gaining recognition on the Channel Awesome forums before officially joining the reviewers of the channel's family. She has appeared in countless Channel Awesome series, from Atop the Fourth Wall through Phelous & the Movies. She was part the team of Channel Awesome along with Doug Walker.
